Crisp clean, suitably furnished and up market building. Really enjoyed my week stay. Will definitely at the top of my list next time around.
The loft is very nice, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was clean and well organized, which made the stay very pleasant. The location is good and the space is ideal for relaxing. The only thing to note is that parking is not included in the Airbnb and has to be paid for separately. Overall, it’s a very good place and I would definitely recommend it.
Beautiful. Only first day but so amazing. Soundproofing: not perfect but no noisy neighbors Curtains: do keep in mind that yes, the blinds are semi opaque. Need to bring eyeshades for those who can’t fall asleep easy. Otherwise - beautiful experience. From the beautiful concrete ceilings, floors, cleanliness, small faux fireplace on the tv upon entry, MAGNIFICENT view, beautiful shower, convenience of having the washer and dryer right in-suite, high end fridge stove which blends into modern cabinetry…. Too many good things to mention. One pet peeve though : both found 2-3 dirty glasses (out of 4) placed inside cabinet as if they were clean. One or two had grease marks (lips) on edge, another one had significant standing water inside (?)… housekeeping should be more careful if guests places their dirty glasses back in. (Yikes)
We did an Airbnb in this building and it was awesome. The place is so quiet! Once your door closes you can't hear a thing which is great. The ac is strong which is also great in 30+C degree heat. It's dog friendly which worked well for us. Has in suite laundry too! The shower was great, the tub would have taken a while to fill so we didn't but if you wanted to you could. The hot tub wasn't super hot and definitely needed attention as it was dirty but we used it perfectly fine.
Amazing apartment very close to everything downtown Montreal the price is affordable only thing is the deposit is a bit high but overall would recommend to anyone! I was very pleased with the customer service they respond super quickly with just a simple text. If you’re looking for a good place that feels like home in downtown Montreal this is the place ;)
It was a good experience to stay here. The apartment have a reasonable space to live, the bed was comfortable and it's completely equipped (kitchen supplies and all of that) is not a hotel (Wich i thought it was at the beginning) is more like a furnished apartments building.
Jihane El Ouafi has been very helpful to me and my husband ever since we got to canada she's well manner , taking her time to help me and my husband. Respond to all my emails. She never once gave me an attitude. We had a little issues she took her time to solve the problem for us.Thank u again, Jihane El Ouafi.
The apartment is big and clean, we had an issue about entry the building at first, and the service customer name “Moeed Tariq” help me a lot, help us to get away from stuck outside.
